Try this little trick.
Take (most of) the subject of your post:

Auto incremenet primary key field starting at

Type them into the search box at www.google.com
Then click the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button
Then read the article.

Even though you spelling of "increment" is hopelessly incorrect, it still
takes you straight to the correct page of the manual!
