Default Re: Running p690 with FC-Adapter 6227 and 6239

I've got about the same issue. I have one P690 with a mix and one
with just the 6239 adapters. I haven't run into any problems with
2105-F20 or 2105-800 Sharks, or with 2109-F16 or 2109-F32 switches.
SDD doesn't seem to care. I haven't defined a single LPAR with a mix
of adapters, but I doubt it'll cause too much problems. I didn't even
know they were different part numbers until the vendor pointed it out
to me.

The P690 with the mix of adapters was running on the 6227 adapters,
and we added the 6239 adapters to it. It runs in full system
partition mode so it sees both adapters, but I'm only presenting luns
to the 6239's at this time. We'll LPAR that box later this month.
Oh, and it's running AIX 5.1 ML4. The other box is running AIX 5.2
ML3.
