No.. i´m still with this problem, i use the last revision(08.01.06)

There is a bug in 08.01.0105 and the fix since 08.01.0106:
| 2) psqlodbc-sqlstate.diff
| fix sqlstate iin case of error in statement

Please try recent development version (08.01.0107 or 08.01.0106 at least).
