Hi!

I can't build non-unicode version of driver psqlodbc (08.02.0400) for linux.

../configure --with-unixodbc=/usr/local/bin/odbc_config --disable-unicode
<cut>
configure: error: conditional "enable_unicode" was never defined.
Usually this means the macro was only invoked conditionally.
