There are two problems I can see ...

1. If you back up your logs on your primary they will be marked as
backed up on the secondary, therefore unable to be backed up.

2. If you try and back up an "un-backed up" logical log on the secondary
you get :

start_sec > ontape -a

Performing automatic backup of logical logs.

Please mount tape 1 on /ltapedev and press Return to continue ...

Logbackup failed - buc_fe.c : Archive API processing failed at line 502
for rc

This tape contains no log data

Program over.

So, I would say you can't do it
