3.0.2 (hp2.us5/109) on hp 11i

We changed some parameters in CBF and I am wondering it caused
pthread_create() failed .

Starting the Recovery Server...
II_DBMS_SERVER = 59046
Starting the Archiver Process...
Starting DBMS Server (default)...

Ingres cannot continue starting other processes.

errlog.log:
Cannot open iiuser table.
pthread_create() failed with operating system error 12 (Not enough space


Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
