No, it means that qlc(0) is going bad, that is not nessesarily the
internal controller...
Check which qlc path that IS the qlc(0), you should be able to do that
with error messages and system files, even some of the commands might
be of help to you...
To see if qlc(0) is the internal controller or not, check that path
against the ones given in the documentation, you can easily spot if
its a pci-card, which will have a specific path depending on slot, or
the internal one, which has a specific path too.

You could possibly even go as far as to check which drives might be
connected to the affected qlc and draw some conclusions from that.
Then, you could also call your support and ask them to replace your faulty
gbic and let them worry about which one it is.
last but not least, you could try replacing the gbics, one by one, until
the fault dissapears... I call this the "last option", if you use this
option, it is my personal experience, that the "hotter" position is
usually the broken one, unless you recently replaced it.
