The "qprt" command offers a flag (-g) that allows you to start from a
specific page number. However, please note that this may not be the
page number you expect. I'm not sure if it reads the formfeeds in the
text file, or if it counts the number of lines based on your printer
queue LPP setting. You can test it out and see.
