Just start a standard Solaris install and at some point it will
ask you whether you want to do an upgrade (if your OS is not
damaged beyond recognition)

Solaris 10 upgrades support mirrors.

That's only required for liveupgrade. Ordinary upgrade does not care
about the patchlevel of the system.
