start /SYS (Yes, is is case sensitive)

No idea--but I'd also like to know! My guess is that the machine
remembers it's most recent state, so that if the power goes off
unexpectedly it will power on automatically, but if you power it
off manuaully before pulling the plug(s) it will remember this and
you'll have to do a start /SYS (but that's just a guess).
