Default Storedge 3510FC crashes on firmware boot - Is a "factory reset" procedure known?

Hi!

After adding a SCSI ID to a channel, our Storedge 3510FC controller
crashes when it starts booting the firmware. On the serial console it
displays:

-+-+-+-+-+-
3510 Disk Array is installed with 1024MBytes SDRAM
Total SCSI channels: 6
SCSI channel: 0 is a host channel, id: 1, 2
SCSI channel: 1 is a host channel, id: 42
SCSI channel: 2 is a drive channel, id: 14, 15
SCSI channel: 3 is a drive channel, id: 14, 15
SCSI channel: 4 is a host channel, id: 44
SCSI channel: 5 is a host channel, id: 46

Scanning SCSI channels. Please wait a few moments!

Preparing to restore saved persistent reservations. Type 'skip' to skip:
-+-+-+-+-+-

After this, it starts to build the initial screen, but crashes before it
has finished drawing the screen. Typing "skip" does not change this.

The controller functioned ok up to now, so I would like to remove the
added SCSI ID (ID 2 to channel 0) to see wether this resolves the problem.

However, I can't seem to find any documented factory reset procedure.
Does anybody know wether this is possible? I know that on original, non
OEM Infortrend controllers, a factory reset is possible using the front
panel keypad. However, on the Sun OEM version which is in the Storedge,
there are no buttons.

Regards,
