Already figured it out myself.
Take out and open up the controller (6 screws on the bottom, two on
the front panel). Short the jumper on the bottom side of the
large daughterboard, near the large connector (It's JP9, the only
single two-pin jumper on the daugterboard).
Leave the controller open, but insert it into the array. Turn on
the array and leave it on for a few minutes.
Take out the controller again, remove the jumper, and screw it back
together. You'll have a fresly reset (Nvram factory reset) controller.
Remember: It will be back to 38k4 N81 on the console if you changed
the baud rate before.
