I downloaded the slackware, in fact an older version, it's the package, not
the iso and made the boot floppy and root floppy, I have a sanyo cdrom and
made the sanyo.i floppy, it can't see the cdrom, even though the cdrom light
goes..... Is it because of the label on the cd? or how do I burn the cd to
make it happen.....

another thing is the system is capable of booting from cd, but fails on my
burn cd's, i have a copy of redhat, and it works fine, but it won't start
the xwindows.... getting frustrated........
