I'm running Slackware 9.0 on four machines, and have /never/ had a
problem with lilo or LILO. I don't think you can make the blanket
statement that Slackware is the only version of Linux having trouble
with lilo, because Slackware (in my experience) /doesn't/ have a problem
with lilo.
