I have a Cannon powershot A310 digital camera and am trying to
download the picutres from it to my Slack box. I have the scsi
modules installed as well as the USB modules but when I try to
mount the USB I get an error:

mount: /dev/sda1 is not a valid block device

When I do dmesg I get the following:

hub.c: new USB device 00:10.1-1, assigned address 11
usb.c: USB device 11 (vend/prod 0x4a9/0x30b8) is not claimed by any active
drive

When I do cat /proc/scsi/scsi the usb file system doesn't show
up in the list of scsi devices.

Anyone got a digital camera they are using with Slack and
can give a little help?
