try giFT - its opennap napster and a few others

you need giFTd and a gui- giFTcurs is what i use but there are many
others- just make sure you run the configure script

I also use bittorrent- i use a program called azureus its a bittorrent
java app runs good- go to www.suprnova.org to see all the stuff you can
download
