No permission required. That usage is using the trademarked Slackware
name to refer to Slackware itself, not some product or service of yours.

Whether the (R) (or a proper trademark symbol or "Slackware is a registered
trademark of..." or other variations) is required is less clear. Some web
sites just put "All trademarks used on this web site are the the property of
their respective owners" buried in a "legal" page.
