Erm, not exactly sure there Reinhard! I take it everything looks ok in
X normally on your desktop. I am presuming that from what you say
tvtime is working fine as you've checked it using the "NV" driver? You
just get odd behaviour with the NVIDIA driver? Ok, first of all post
your /etc/X11/xorg.conf here so we can all take a look. Also, in the
mean time you could try an older version of the NVIDIA drivers, they
are all archived. That should let us know whether its that particular
driver thats causing a problem. I presume you are running Slackware.
Can you tell me what version and which kernel you are using? I'm no
'X-pert' ( ;-) ) but I am sure someone will come along and help whilst
we try to work through the problem! Incidentally, which TV Card are you
using?
