Why not try to do this the other way around? have PPP going out
to the linux box from the ISP, and use iptables to masquerade your
network, allowing your windows box to use the same connection? Either
way, IP Masquerading is what you are needing. Have a look at the
IPTables and IP-Masquerading HOWTO. That'll get you what you're looking
for.
