"dialog" is hard to search for (true). Besides that, "ncdialog" and "cdialog"
are possibilities.

Anyway, more than Debian does package one of the snapshots from my site.
Besides Slackware and Debian, I know that Redhat does (though of course
they don't use it in their installs). Also SuSE (20040316), and some
less well-known ones.
