Some of us old codgers continue with weight training, we run two or three
miles a day (as we have for 30 years), are still in close to the same USMC
shape we were at 25 ... and could shove prunes up your ass :-) <g> :-) :-)
Of course, if you're 6-6 and around 290 lbs. it's nice to know that we old
codgers also have full medical insurance (paid by you young-uns!), life
insurance, and burial insurance !!!! :-)
