Might also consider squid+privoxy+clamAV. This has the advantage of not
needing desktop-level tools, but the disadvantage of requiring regular
maintainence (adding new known spyware/malware 'signatures'), since I'm
not aware of anyone providing an ongoing, regularly updated list.
