What else would you need?

Seriously - the XEmacs/Emacs - auctex - preview-latex combination is
pretty good.

I believe preview-latex will be built in to auctex at the next release



For Vim there is Vim-LaTeX

http://vim-latex.sourceforge.net/

With gvim it gives you a useful menu!

If by graphical you mean something that gives the illusion that one is
not producing marked-up text at all, I once used Lyx for a big paper and
it was OK .....
