I've had some issues with upgrading to x11-6.8.2-i486-9_slack10.2.tgz
on Slackware 10.2 and the only Wine package that works for me:

http://www.linuxpackages.net/pkg_details.php?id=760

In Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.3 I fonts like Japanese, Russian, etc show
much better now.

Alsao see my message news:5spi235hkoc356u6vtcj07d2ectbnjjgqt@4ax.com

Slackware 10.2)' in this group.
