An alternate to the good old
instfix -icq | grep _ML | grep ":-:"

But in this case the machine was at 5100-05 before the update
and the devices.scsi.disk.diag.com update was rejected with the named
dependency by smitty/msmit.

Still have no clue why this dependency made it into the "lpp_name".
