Default Alternate disk migration

Hi folks
try to do a alternate_disk_migration from a cws to a sp node
Have unmirror rootvg, install two additional filesets (bos.alt...),
create a new lppsource and also a new spot and begin with

nimadm -l lppsource -c nc001 -s spot -d hdisk1 -Y -P 1

After about 30 secs the command ends in error:

Initializing the NIM master.
Initializing NIM client nc001.
0042-001 nim: processing error encountered on "master":
Could not load program /usr/bin/rpm:
Could not load module /usr/lib/._spot_libs_@_71438/usr/lib/librpm.so.
Dependent module /usr/lib/._spot_libs_@_71438/usr/lib/libz.a(libz.so.1)
could not be loaded.
Member libz.so.1 is not found in archive

0505-204 nimadm: SPOT spot_aix51-04 does not have
bos.alt_disk_install.rte installed.
0505-205 nimadm: The level of bos.alt_disk_install.rte installed in SPOT
spot_aix51-04 (0.0.0.0) does not match the NIM master's level (5.1.0.50).
Cleaning up alt_disk_migration on the NIM master.

We've checked the level of these filesets in spot and on the NIM master
, they are the same

Any hints to solve ??

Thx in advance
Friedhelm
