aix boot on external disk

Hi,

I would like test a AIX L boot on DMX 3000 via SAN.
Is it possible ?

I've booted on IBM Shark disk. You're best off with a 6228 adapter
and the latest microcode on the adapter. Also - be sure the
microcode on the server is current. Often times SAN boot support is
added in Microcode.
