tivoli workload scheduler upgrade

Hello all,

Has anyone done a TWS UPGRADE from 8.2 to 8.3? Im reading the
IBM REDBOOK TWS 8.3 planning and installation guide however, the
instructions are far from clear..

Does anyone have a list that i can follow or use as a check
list....I appreciate the help..
