| Hi all, I'm trying to gauge the interest in this weird piece of hardware: it's a Sun 386i tower server. It is supposed to be working but it does not have a framebuffer card. What do you people think is it worth? I picked it up to save it from the great recicler in the sky, but now I am having second thoughts. It is, surely, a rare piece of hardware, but it's also heavy as hell (in fact, it's so heavy I still haven't decided to bring it upstairs into my apartement (it's in the cellar at the moment) to try it out) and it lacks the framebuffer. Should I just throw it away? cheers mario |

It might still be used as a boat anchor, a doorstop, or to fill a pothole! |
