Default QFS: "evaluation version" download vs what you get on a cdrom?

What's the difference between the downloadable "evaluation version" of QFS
4.3 and the version you get on cdrom if you order the media?

The eval version seemed to expect me to install an evaluation license key,
but:

1) I used a license key for the full version instead, generalizing from
the QFS 4.2 license installation procedure

2) Some course notes about QFS someone kindly gave to me indicate that QFS
4.3 doesn't require license keys

Thanks!
