Depends what you want to know, but docs.sun.com is a good place

"Unix in a Nutshell" might be a good choice. Or visit your local (big)
bookstore and look at the computer books; there are generally a few Unix
books on the shelf and maybe even something Solaris specific.

Essential Systems Administration by Æleen Frisch is very good and
specifically covers Solaris as well as Linux and BSD
