I encounter some problems using mail and mailx. I've got two HA
cluster nodes from which one is able to send mails and one is not
able. When I do a

# echo "Just a test" | mailx -d -s "Testmail" test@test.com

I get the same debug output from both nodes. All the config files are
the same (/etc/mail/mailx.rc and so on). So my question is: how can I
get more debug output from mailx? Where can I find more information
about failures?
