Fixpak for Client running on AIX

All,
Question on Fixpak for UDB client running on AIX

1. Are there alternate Fixpak for Client?
2. If we are using regular fixpak to patch a client, Does the "apply"
option exist in the installfixpak?

No.

Also, I assume you're talking about V8, because "alternate fixpacks" no
longer exist in V9.
