Default Connection Concentrator Counting of Agents

I have the DB2 Connection Concentrator enabled (DB2 V9.1) on a system
with very limited memory resources. Does anyone know if the db2evmg,
db2taskd, and db2stmm processes count toward the MAX_COORDAGENTS
setting?

The command: db2pd -inst -agents tends to suggest they do.

In case anyone is interested - Yes they do count against your
MAX_COORDAGENTS value.
