I am new to SQL and have never loaded mysql before. I got this book
mysql "crash course"
I went to the mysql software down load site and got mysql
essentials.... i think its the server, the i got, mysql tools....file.
I think the tools file is the browswer and admin, and tools. I thought
i needed the server and the admin and the browser to run examples in
the mysql crash course book.

Anyhow i know that the book is about sql and not how to set things up
so i thought maybe i can post and ask how to configure the software to
get to learning sql? Could anyone out there please help?

I am not sure which file to run first and how to configure.
Thank u in advance,

Andrew
