Could anyonee with access to a PA customer site who is entitled to 9.40 on
HP-UX tell me what version is available for download?

My customer has 9.40 FC1, which was superseded by FC2 a couple of months
ago. I wrote to PA Support and got the reply:

"Re IDS question - Parts&Pricing team aren't sure what your question is. FC
is for a fix done to the code".

... which I suspect originates someone familiar with DB2 but not Informix.
