hello all,

how can i find out what is the actual percentage of buffers being used
at any given moment?

Used or active? Onstat -b will display all used buffer headers, onstat -P
will show a summary report of the types and number of pages from each partnum
(table/index/fragment) and any pages from partnum '0' in the 'other' column
are unused buffers.
