Hi
We are looking at using Brighstor enterprise for online backups of
filesystems, sap & oracle databases. We have however been given to believe
that oracle databases backed up with the online backup agent can only be
restored (or refreshed) if the database structure actually exists already.
ie in a true disaster recovery situation or when creating test databases
on other boxes the product would be of no use.

Has anyone encountered this or the workaround / patch to remedy it?
