Default Informix Freeze or Down

Hi All,

I need the group help on this issue (Informix support doesn't seems to
help).
OS is window2000
RAM 3GB
2 CPU
Informix 7.31 TD3.1
For some reason informix cannot accept new connections or serve
existing connections. No command except onstat -???? is working.
The only way to continue is to restart the server.
Cannot stop the informix services.

I have been running the onstat -a command while this append but really
i cannot say what is the problem.

This happens random ones every week.

I attached the onconfig file and the onstat -a output .
The server is running only informix.

Any help or guides will be more then appreciate

Thanks

Shay

Default Re: Informix Freeze or Down

Hi Zafar,

Thanks for the fast replay, All my procedures are owned by informix
and this works fine for all our customers.
The problem is random and i cannot point to specific action on the
server to perform this action.
The stringed thing is that i cannot activate informix commands accept
onstat ??? command.
The CPU is free while this append , and memory also.

Need help urgent,

Thanks

Shay
