Does anyone know if it is possible to build a SOAP inside a compute
NODE to be sent over to HTTP Webservice in Message Broker V6.1?

If you are using IDS 10 or 11 it should be pretty easy using the mq
datablade. WMB is based on mq, so WMB can read the SOAP from a mq queue.
