| Hi, I has a working Mandriva LE. I use KDE (v 3.3.2). All of a sudden, I can't add new entries to my K address book nor can I edit existing ones. Whenever I try, I get an error message saying " the resource std.vcf (under /home/xxx/.kde/share/apps/kabc/) is locked by application. I have checked and I have rw permissions for that file. Rebooting didn't solve the problem. Please advise ! TIA |

Check ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/lock to see if there's any lock files here and if so remove them. -- Thomas O. This area is designed to become quite warm during normal operation. |
