Default OpenBSD/macppc switches to gcc3

For all macppc users running -current, note that it has switched to
gcc3. The upgrade-minifaq has been updated to reflect what you need to
do. Note that there has also been an exception flag day for gcc3 as
well, and depending on the order you do things, you'll want to pay
attention to that section as well.

It's easiest if you wait for a snapshot and upgrade to that - otherwise
don't complain if you get in trouble.
