| Hi all i get the following error [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Line 1: Incorrect syntax near '5'. (#170) when trying to update or delete a record from an Access Linked table. Adding a record is fine. There is a field called 5Years, but this has not been a problem before. Only occurred when database was moved to a new server. | It's always been my understanding that fields can't start with certain characters, like punctuation characters and numbers. I'm surprised this ever worked. It may have been a bug that was fixed in your recent release? Perhaps someone else has a more knowledgeable response. |
