Default Oracle on Solaris 8

Hi there,

Has anybody here successfully installed Oracle 8i ( release 3 ( 8.1.7 ) ) on
Solaris x86 version 8 ? I am confused ( among other things ) about the
exact version of JDK required.

Does anybody have any experiences which they would like to share ?

Regards

Freddy
