Hi.
I found requirements for this Oracle version on AIX 4.3.3 and 5.1. For
5.1 we need ML01 and more 6 fixes.
I need to install Oracle on AIX 5.3 : oslevel -r : 5300-00, but I cant
find the requirements for that OS version.
Is Maintenaince Level 03 enough ?

Hello,

Search for "validate.pl" on metalink. It is a perl script, which reads
a text file as input and verify your AIX environment. This will make
sure if all required fixpacks or patchsets are installed on your AIX
5.3 , ML doesnt really matter.

Although, this Note is trageted for 10g database. But applicable for 9i
as well.
