Problem loading oraocci10.dll

Hi ,

I'm using oracle 10g and vc++ 7.1 .Net 2003.
Can anyone help me out in loading oraocci10.dll dynamically.
I'm able to load OCI.dll using loadlibrary () function and using
OCIEnvCreate entry point procedure (GetProcAddress).
But when i try loading oraocci10.dll using loadlibrary function,i get
a valid handle and when i use createEnvironment as the entry point
procedure in GetProcAddress,value returned is NULL.

Please help me out.
