Windows, pgAdmin version 1.4.3 (19 Jul'06)
Bug appears in query editor with this version.
The annoying thing (for me is dead Arrows, Ins and Del keys on Numeric
Keypad (NumLock is off).

This appears to be a bug in the wxStyledTextCtrl included with wxWidgets
2.6.3. I have logged it with the project

id=9863&atid=109863)
