Hmmm...

Mail going out:

SMTP->Postfix->AMaViS->F-Prot->SpamAssassin->Internet

Mail coming in:

SMTP->Postfix->AMaViS->F-Prot->SpamAssassin->Procmail->mbox->IMAP->Evolution

I think mine does all the work yours does, with a few fewer hops. :-)
