| I am having trouble configuring the endochronic kernel extension of Slackware 27.1. Slackware 27.0 worked fine. I set my NNTP-8 module to post 256 seconds into the past, but my posts end up 256 years in the past - back in the early 21st century! I tested the other endochronic functions and they work fine; patches for new exploits get applied a day before the exploit is discovered, spam deletions happen an hour before the spam arrives, my disk access time is still minus 0.1ms, and automated backups finish seconds before the data loss. It's only the NNTP-8 module that is going too far into the past. I invoked the A.I. troubleshooter, but it came up with a causality error. I got the same error with Virtual Bob. I am running a Hasbro Quantum Personal Computer with 32,768 McDonalds Pentium 17 clones, 128 Zettabytes of RAM and a 16 Xennabyte RAID-37 array. I disabled the neural interface and turned of the Yugo/Smuckers/Microsoft/Muzac Windows compatibility subsystem, but got the same error. You should talk, Jurgen... I notice you said 'peek' - what - you still using your eyes and a display? Talk about museum grade hardware! You people are still using *Computers*?? I am whistling into my phone at 56Kbps and doing the trellis encoding in my head.
