Default devfs default in slack 9.1?

I just noticed that my modules and modprobe.conf file seem to be empty
in slack 9.1, but im not sure the bare.i kernel had devfs compiled in.
I have a modules.devfs file with stuff in it. So has it been that way
all along in 9.1 and i just noticed, or was it something I changed?

I should also ask how patrick includes modules (or why he does) that are
not in his config files. (the one in /boot)

I don't think many (any?) of us can easily verify PGP/MIME signed posts
in usenet... in fact, such a thing used to break KNode pretty badly,
convincing it to eat 99% CPU for several minutes, or until it was
killed.

I, personally, like PGP/MIME for email (although still luser clients
like OE don't work so well with it)... but for usenet, I think most
everybody has agreed, MIME sucks.

So, would you mind switching to plaintext signing for us? :-)
